About the Owner

Sara Brooke-Owner

Born in Kingsport, TN Sara Brooke moved to Chattanooga when she was six year old. She and her mother settled on Lookout Mountain where she attended Fairyland Elementary School. Once older she moved downtown to the Riverview area to attend Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences. She majored in Interior Design at the University of Chattanooga at Tennessee.

She has worked in a variety of different industries to everything from organic farming, craft coffee, making handmade greeting cards, to sewing one-of-a-kind clothing. Her grandparents played a huge role in her life and from them she learned the importance of preserving memories. " I have so many fond memories as a child of spending the summers in my hometown with my grandparents. I was particularly close with my grandmother who kept every card, photo, piece of art that I ever gave her. When she passed away she left me a box full of everything that I had given her over the course of my life. It was in that moment when I opened up the box that I fully understood the importance of preserving memories and passing on what you leave behind to others."

Sara has worked in the antique & vintage industry for over a decade however, her love of all things old began when she was in her teens. She enjoys helping others in their time of need and finds great satisfaction in productivity and having her hands on a project from start to completion.

When she is not organizing an estate sale you can find her at home watching a good documentary with her senior dog Sadie Mae, out in her garden planting flowers, or behind a sewing machine.
